Stay Focused and Stay motivated

When just starting out, you can definitely start working on
your business part time. It’s not a problem.

The important thing to remember is to build your business consistently over time.
It will be much better to do a few small things consistently
than to look for that one "Home Run." This is true in most any
businesses...in Real Estate Investing, in Internet Marketing,
even in the restaurant and food business where Franchises
prove to be cash cows, but the "empire" usually started with
just one McDonalds, one Kentucky Fried Chicken...

TakingBaby Steps can eventually lead to big results too.

Stay Focused and Stay motivated

As you are just starting out, you won’t see big results, however, stay motivated and just keep it going a day at a time with small consistent habits and grown
(like blog posts, articles, an hour of education a day...)

It takes time and dedication to see real results in any business, and applies to any new endeavor you start out on.

Burned out? Discouraged? Seek out ways to motivate yourself... by going to your local bookstore, check Motivational and inspirational books, audios, or videos. Re-energize!


Always stay humble.

As you start to see some success, stay humble please.

You want to show gratitude to those that helped you achieve some
success, and if you start to get arrogant and big-headed you will
only scare off potential JV partners who won't want to deal with
the ego.

Nobody knows everything, and by staying humble you’ll always be able to learn new things.
